For help, include your Seur username, app version, device/iOS version and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help; remove private travel details first. Never send your password, verification codes, passport or payment-card details.

Trips missing on another device

Sign in to the same account on both devices. Open the updated app on the original device and allow sync to finish. Photos may continue uploading on Wi-Fi after your trips appear. In You → Settings → Your account, use Sync now and check for an error. Do not uninstall the original app while it has unsynced trips.

Photos and calendar permissions

Change permissions in iOS Settings → Apps → Seur. Limited photo access works with the photos you allow. Control automatic imports in Seur Settings → Journal photos. Seur does not modify your original Photos library. Calendar imports use the calendars you choose.

Account and privacy

To delete your account, open You → Settings → Your account → Delete account. This deletes account-owned cloud data and the requesting device's cache after confirmation. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account. Read the Privacy Policy for retention and shared-copy limitations. Contact us if you cannot access the account.

Report content or a user

Use Block or report from a friend’s profile, a message sender, or a shared journal. Guide reports are also available. You can email seursupport@gmail.com with the username and guide/trip/share reference, what happened and any relevant screenshot. Do not forward abusive material unnecessarily. Blocking pauses account connections and direct sharing; it does not erase saved records or recall public links and downloaded copies. Manage blocked accounts in Your account → Blocked accounts. Reports are reviewed by Seur’s operator.

Booking questions

A trip plan or saved booking record is not a reservation. Check confirmations, payment, cancellations and refunds with the hotel, airline or booking provider that issued your reservation. For incorrect information shown by Seur, contact us with the place or flight details.
